Returns

Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Non-returnable items:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
  • Custom orders or special requests are also non-returnable.

Process

Initiate a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support at info@reefahkeepah.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@reefahkeepah.com
