What is Reefah Keepah?
Alright, so, Reefah Keepah is this little moisture control patch. It’ll totally refresh your dry weed as quick as a gnarly wave cruising into shore by adding moisture to the air in your weed container. And if your bud has too much moisture Reefah Keepah’s also got this nifty way of absorbing excess moisture in the air to help slowly cure your pot when it’s too moist. It controls the moisture, friends. That’s the whole gig.
How do I use Reefah Keepah?
FOR DRY WEED
All you gotta do is drop a Reefah Keepah patch into your weed container, and before you know it, your bud’s gonna be at that perfect moisture level, dude. Nice and easy, no fuss.
But hey, if you’re the type who’s into, like, step-by-step manual-type instructions, Reefah Keepah’s got you covered. So, here’s our official how-to:
1.) Alright, so, take one patch outta the pouch, real easy.
2.) Toss it in with your tasty nugz, you know, no rush.
3.) Close up that container, nice and chill.
4.) Now, kick back and wait. Like, a few hours but possibly overnight if you got, ya know, real crispy weed.
5.) Check on your weed every 3 – 4 hours. Once it’s all nice and moist take the patch out. If it’s still a bit dry, just repeat steps 2 and 3, no biggie.
6.) Take out a nice fat sticky bud and enjoy!
FOR CURING
Alright, alright, alright no need for a bunch of complicated stuff here, my friends. We’re keepin’ it simple, y’know? Just toss a Reefah Keepah patch right into your curing bag or container, and you’re golden.
Now, if you’re using one of those fancy bags or containers, you might need to, uh, burp it from time to time. You know, just let a little air out, keep the balance right. If you’re a grower, you know what I’m talkin’ about, right? It’s all about that process, man.
And hey, if you’re curing a bigger batch—like, I’m talkin’ a sizeable amount of the good stuff—you might wanna throw in a couple more patches. Just so it’s, like, evenly distributed and stuff, y’know? That’s it. Keep it chill, keep it right.
FOR STORING LARGE AMOUNTS
Yeah, so, once again, we’re keepin’ it easy. No need for any of that complicated stuff. Just, like, chill and keep it simple. You take a Reefah Keepah patch—or maybe two, depending on the situation—and toss it right into your container.
Now, if you’re dealing with, like, an ounce or two of the good stuff, one patch should do the trick. But if you’ve got more than that, you might wanna drop in an extra patch or two. It’s all about feelin’ it out, y’know?
Here’s the thing—there’s no exact science here, ’cause it all depends on where the weed’s at before the Reefah Keepah patch starts doin’ its thing. Could be a little drier, could be a little fresher. So, just trust the process and let the patch do its job. Keep it mellow, keep it simple.
Why should I use Reefah Keepah?
Here’s the deal, friends and neighbors, whether you’re picking up from your local dispensary or, you know, grabbing some from Larry down the street, your pot is usually too dry and that totally messes with the flavor and smoothness of your smoke. But Reefah Keepah brings that moisture back and it does it, like fast, man. Makes for a way smoother, tastier smoke.
How does moisture make a difference?
Well, you see, marijuana’s got these things called terpenes, which are enzymes responsible for that awesome aroma and the flavor you get when you smoke it. Now, as the moisture in the bud dries up, those terpenes start to degrade, which means the drier your weed, the harsher and less tasty the smoke becomes. Bummer, right?
What’s the right moisture content for marijuana?
It’s all about balance, amigos. If your weed’s too moist, it won’t light up properly, and you’re also giving mold a better shot at growing. But if it’s too dry, you get a harsh, flavorless smoke. The sweet spot is between 12%-14% moisture content in your bud for the best experience, you know?
What is the moisture content of the pot I normally buy?
Most of the time, it’s under 10%. Doesn’t sound like a big deal, but trust me, boys and girls, it makes a huge difference in your enjoyment of your bud.
Why is pot sold in a dispensary too dry?
Well, here’s the deal. All marijuana plants have mold spores on ‘em while they’re growing. Now, mold can be pretty bad for you if you smoke or ingest too much of it. But mold needs moisture to survive, so it usually dies off during the drying process. Thing is, states have regulations about how much mold is allowed in weed sold in dispensaries, so growers gotta make sure they pass those lab tests. If they don’t their whole crop could be unsellable, which would be a major hit. So, to play it safe, most growers dry their weed way past what’s needed, which usually leaves it under 10% moisture.
What about Larry’s pot, why is it too dry?
Well, man, Larry’s grower probably just doesn’t know what they’re doing. Simple as that.
Does Reefah Keepah actually prevent mold growth?
The short answer, man? Nah, mold’s still gonna grow if the conditions are right, you dig? But here’s the thing—Reefah Keepah’s got some natural ingredients in its secret sauce that are anti-fungal, so they can help slow down that mold growth. It’s not a guarantee, but it definitely helps.
I heard I need to store my pot at an appropriate humidity level?
You heard right, my friend. Weed is super sensitive to the moisture in the air around it. So, if the air’s too moist, your buds are gonna soak that up, and if it’s too dry, they’ll lose moisture. Ideally, you wanna keep your stash at a relative humidity between 60-68% to keep it fresh, you know? But, hey, just remember, humidity’s a tricky thing—there’s a lotta factors that can affect it.

At what relative humidity does Reefah Keepah keep containers?
Well, you see, Reefah Keepah doesn’t, like, claim to lock in some exact percentage of humidity. And, why’s that, you ask? ‘Cause there’s just a whole lot of stuff that affects the humidity in any given container, you know? Things like the size of the container, what’s inside it, the airflow, the temperature and the humidity around the container, and a bunch of other factors, muchachos.
Now, in the perfect scenario, the Reefah Keepah patch’ll generally keep things between 58% and 68% humidity. But, we’re not gonna sit here and pretend that it’ll always be exactly that in every single container. We’re just not into making those kinda promises.
Other products might say they do that, and, well, we aren’t gonna call anyone a liar, but maybe those claims are a little sketchy. Here at Reefah Keepah, we’d rather just be straight- up with our people, you know? Keep things honest, keep things real, keep things sticky.
What is Reefah Keepah made from?
Alright, friends, so, the outside of the Reefah Keepah patch, it’s made from this biodegradable polyethylene film. And the inside, well, that’s got plant-based pulp, some superabsorbent polymer, and a secret sauce mixture of water and other all-natural ingredients. It’s a real chill, natural set-up.
Is Reefah Keepah Earth-friendly?
Well, amigos, one of our big goals at Reefah Keepah is to make our patch as Earth-friendly as possible, you know? We’ve learned a lot during the whole development process and we’re still learning, so we’re always adapting our product and packaging. We’re doing everything we can to keep it as eco-conscious as possible, dudes and dudettes.
Is Reefah Keepah recyclable?
The short answer? Nah, man. Harsh, right? We’re bummed about it too. But, here’s the deal. The individual ingredients that make up Reefah Keepah are recyclable, there’s just no way to separate ’em once the patch has been used. So, as a whole, it’s not recyclable.
Is Reefah Keepah backyard compostable?
Yeah, so, the answer to that is also no, compadres. Early on, all the materials we used in the patch were backyard compostable, but, turns out, someone changed the rules on us. Another bummer, right? But don’t worry, Reefah Keepah family, we’re scoping out alternatives, and we’ll get that changed as soon as we can. When that happens, we’ll let you know so you can start tossing your used Reefah Keepahs in the compost bin, no problemo. Maybe help make some sweet soil to grow your own herb in, right?
Is Reefah Keepah biodegradable?
That’s a yes, man. Totally biodegradable.
Do you offer patches in any other size?
Right now, we’ve just got the 3″ x 3″ patch, you know? But, hey, we’re working hard on getting some larger and smaller ones out there, too. We’re expecting to have those ready to roll by early 2025, so, like, stay tuned, boys and girls. It’s in the works!
How long does one patch last?
Well, that kinda depends on a few things, you know? Like, what you’re using it for.
If you’re rehydrating dry weed, well, we recommend you only use the patch once. But that may also depend on how much pot you’re trying to rehydrate and how dry it was to start. So, factors, you know?
Now, if you’re curing or storing large amounts of pot with the patch, there are still plenty of factors that can effect the Reefah Keepah’s lifespan. But, generally speaking, you’re looking at one patch lasting about 3 to 4 weeks, give or take.
Can I re-use a patch?
Here at Reefah Keepah we try to keep things on the up and up, man. You know, shoot it straight and all that. So, the truth is yeah, you can totally reuse it, but, like, we don’t recommend it. Ya see, how many times it stays effective and for how long kinda depends on a bunch of different factors, you know? Like, everything we listed for how long one patch lasts and probably some more we haven’t thought of. It’s not an exact science, brothers and sisters. So, as much as it is cool that you may want to re-use Reefah Keepah we say play it smart, amigos, just use it once.
Are there other products like Reefah Keepah available?
Reefah Keepah, man, it’s one-of-a-kind, you know? I mean, sure, there’s other stuff out there that says it controls humidity or protects your terpenes, or other such nonsense, but none of ‘em work like Reefah Keepah. None of ‘em act as fast, and, hey, all of ‘em are more expensive. So, like, why pay more when you can get the real deal right here?
